STEVNS KLINT EXPERIENCE | visitor centre
Start your journey here – with interactive exhibits and immersive storytelling about the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs.

Situated in Boesdal Kalkbrud.

BOESDAL | chalk quarry
A striking blend of nature, culture, and industrial history.

STEVNS FORT | a cold war experience
Hidden beneath the cliffs lies a secret: nearly 2 km of Cold War tunnels carved into chalk.
For almost 40 years, Stevnsfortet was a frontline defence against nuclear war. Today, it stands almost exactly as it did when decommissioned in 2000.

A charming harbour town full of life and local flavour.
Don’t miss the iconic flint oven from 1870 – once used to produce glaze for Holmegaard porcelain. A perfect stop for ice cream, harbour views, or a coastal bite.

This event led to mass extinction and changed the course of life on our planet. The impact traces are found within Stevns Klint's chalk and limestone layers, marked by a thin boundary clay.
